Thank you for purchasing a ticket to LAKŌU, a Haitian World Cup Festival and Watch Party experience produced by Lenox Hill Co.

Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for LAKŌU are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, personal circumstances, or changes in attendance plans.

Event Changes

LAKŌU reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the schedule, programming, performers, DJs, vendors, activations, event layout, or event timing. These changes do not qualify for a refund.

Artist, performer, DJ, vendor, or programming changes are not grounds for a refund.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If LAKŌU is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new event date. Refunds will not automatically be issued due to postponement or rescheduling unless otherwise stated by LAKŌU in writing.

Event Cancellation

If LAKŌU is officially canceled and not rescheduled, refund options may be made available at the discretion of LAKŌU and Lenox Hill Co. Any refund process, eligibility, and timeline will be communicated to ticket holders using the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that service fees, processing fees, platform fees, and other third-party fees may be non-refundable.

Weather Policy

LAKŌU is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is officially canceled by LAKŌU or required to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event for any reason is considered a no-show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferable at the discretion of the ticketing platform and LAKŌU. LAKŌU is not responsible for tickets purchased, sold, or transferred through unauthorized third parties.

Unauthorized Purchases

LAKŌU is not responsible for fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized ticket purchases made outside of our official ticketing platform or approved sales channels.
